We do this through expert facilitation, complete facilitator and participant materials, and train-the-facilitator certification (Novida Global-led, approved licensee facilitators-led, or client-enabled through licensing). Delivery works across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.

Our work typically spans (5-Steps):

1. Workshop Purpose and Outcome Design

Clarify the business purpose, target audience, success outcomes, and key constraints.
Define the outcome path: what needs to shift, what decisions must be made, and what actions should follow.
Choose the right setup: half-day, full-day, or multi-day modular format—run as a one-time session, a connected series, or a program (and ready for repeat deployments across teams).
Confirm who will deliver based on your scale and capability:
- Novida Global delivery: we facilitate the workshops/programs
- Licensed delivery: an approved Novida Global or licensee facilitator facilitates
- Client delivery (via certification): your internal facilitators deliver after completing required certification
Confirm the delivery mode that fits: in-person, online, or hybrid.

2. Program Selection or Custom Design

Offer ready-to-run workshops and programs from our portfolio:

Customize to your context while protecting program integrity and delivery consistency
When your needs go beyond our portfolio, we design a bespoke workshop/program around your theme and outcomes, and provide the full delivery package.
Delivery can be led by Novida Global facilitators or an approved licensee facilitator. If delivered by your internal team, facilitators must complete the required facilitation certification (core + program-specific where applicable).
Ensure the design is modular and adaptable across different groups, regions, and delivery formats.

3. Complete Materials and Tools Package

Provide a full Facilitator Guide and delivery instructions
Provide participant/user documents, worksheets, templates, and supporting materials
Provide digital assets needed for delivery (slides, boards/templates where applicable)
Ensure materials are ready for repeat use and consistent quality
(Note: translation into local languages is managed by the client; we design materials to be translation-friendly.)

4. Facilitation Training and Certification

Provide Core Facilitation Training & Certification (baseline facilitation capability)
Provide Program-Specific Certification (to deliver specific Novida programs/workshop packages)
Ensure delivery quality and consistency through clear standards and certification requirements
(Whoever delivers, they must be certified under Novida Global for the relevant program.)

5. Quality Assurance, Follow-Through and Reinforcement

Define quality standards and “must-haves” for consistent delivery across facilitators and cohorts
Set up feedback loops (participant + sponsor) and a structured post-workshop summary to capture decisions, outputs, and next steps
Provide reinforcement elements that sustain application: action sheets, manager prompts, micro-follow-ups, and (where needed) booster sessions
Track delivery consistency and application signals across deployments, and refine materials for continuous improvement
For licensed/client delivery: light-touch supervision/coaching to maintain standards and fidelity over time
