Vedat Salfur is Senior Consultant and Trainer for Novida Strategic Management Services (Turkey) and Novida Investment & Consulting (Montenegro), which got by upon the mission of becoming Trusted Advisor and Companion of Corporations, Companies, Entrepreneurs, Investors and Leaders to realize their dreams like exportation, business development and internationalization, financial and investment solutions, strategy/policy/program development, growth, institutionalization, business/digital and cultural transformation, branding, sustainability and creating social impact.

Vedat Salfur is as well currently the Founder and General Manager of Swiss Business Institute Sarl (SBI) based in Geneva, Switzerland, which is an international business and management consulting company, strong in Finance domain, serving primarily in Swiss, Turkish, Balkans, Turkic Republics, Gulf and Central Eastern Europe markets. Since its establishment, the company has successfully realized more than 75 projects in Germany, Belgium, France, England, Switzerland, Middle East, Turkey and Iran. ITC (International Trade Center), Boehringer Ingelheim & Roche (pharma), JTI (tobacco), Vitmark (beverage), Index (ICT), BKG (tourism), Karaca (tableware and kitchen products), SABIC (petro-chemical), Ma’aden (mining), PayPal (online payment systems), UBIS, Neoma, Takamol (training) can be counted among the companies which SBI serves.

Holding double citizenship from Switzerland and Turkey and living in Geneva, Salfur is currently a Faculty Member of Business Management and International Studies University (UBIS) in Geneva and Neoma Business School in Paris. Vedat is at the same time a Senior Partner for Management Center Europe (MCE) Brussels and takes part in international projects (incl. Middle-East).

Upon graduation from Darüşşafaka High School, he has acquired Honorary Bachelor’s Degree from Istanbul Bosphorus University Business Management (Accounting and Auditing) and participated Extensive Management Program (YMP) of INSEAD. Vedat, who has 26 years of multinational management and professional experience and 8 years of international financial consulting and training experience , has specific competencies in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), (re)structuring and change management, business (go- to-market) models, finance management, financial analyses, accounting and reporting, strategic and operational business planning, business performance management, business management, management of Corporate functions (tax, legislation, finance, credit, facilities, IT, etc.), sales and services operations, operational excellence.

Vedat Salfur started business life in Price Waterhouse Coopers Turkey Office as Senior Auditing Specialist. Thereafter, he took over the role of Finance and Administration Management at Hewlett Packard, during the stage of establishment. Between 1994 and 1997, he again fulfilled the role of Finance and Administration Management at Hewlett Packard Russia, during its establishment phase. Between 1997 and 2000, he carried over Finance Management roles at Hewlett Packard Financial Services Group within the Region of Europe, Latin America and Canada. The Group acted as the Hewlett Packard International Bank. Here, he actively contributed in application for banking license and in the project following the founding of Hewlett-Packard International Bank. Salfur, between 2000 and 2007, became the Finance Director of IPG (Imaging and Printing) Group at Hewlett Packard Europe and Middle East (EMEA). Upon HP-Compaq merger, Vedat delivered presentations at various international and EMEA-wide programs on topics like Mergers and Acquisitions, Go-To-Market Transformation, Re-Marketing, Corporate Data Warehouse. By 2008, Vedat passed to Logitech and worked there as Finance Director in EMEA Region until 2010.

Vedat Salfur has fluent level of Turkish and English and intermediate level of French and German; is married and a father of a son.
